Established in 1995, by long-time Alaskan: Robert Fox, Robert Fox Realty, LLC is a small family owned and operated business located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Over the years the business has grown and now sells more land than any other brokerage in the "interior". In 2007, Robert's niece Christina Ashton purchased the business. For the last 3 years under the mentorship of her uncle, the success of the business has continued.

Christina has continued the Fox family tradition as a life-long Alaskan and 3rd generation real estate professional in Alaska. She has over 10 years of real estate experience, first in the office of builders and land developers, then later as a real estate licensee. Christina brings strong business skills, a fresh approach to marketing and customer service, making Robert Fox Realty, LLC a truly full service real estate company. Our team approach focuses on our honest and straight forward relationship with our customers.
